The Map to provider option is unavailable for Ferguson and Winsupply integrations. Instead, use the Upload purchase history feature to add recently purchased items more efficiently to your pricebook.
Multiple accounts
ServiceTitan allows you to set up multiple integrations with Winsupply within a single account, making it easy to efficiently manage businesses across different locations and states. You can also set vendor accounts as primary or non-primary based on your needs. Winsupply Full Procurement Integration (P2P) FAQ
How much does the Full Procurement Integration cost?
This is free to all ServiceTitan customers. There is no additional cost for contractors to use the integration, outside of their core subscription fees.
How do I get the Full Procurement Integration?
Go to the Winsupply Marketplace Listing and click Learn More to submit an activation request. The ServiceTitan support team will turn on the integration and copy the Winsupply team, who will then provide your purchasing history. Once you have these both, follow the instructions here to set it up.
It's asking for my Winsupply Account credentials and I don't have them. What do I do?
You can find your Winsupply Account number on your invoice, email your local Winsupply representative, or email digitalhelp@winsupply.com.
Who should I reach out to with questions about Full Procurement Integration?
Contact ServiceTitan Technical Support. Contacting Support provides the quickest response for any urgent issues you're experiencing. If you need your Winsupply purchase history, contact digitalhelp@winsupply.com.
Why are some items missing from the catalog?
Email the Winsupply team at digitalhelp@winsupply.com about missing items that you would like to see in the Winsupply Corporate catalog.
My pricing is incorrect. Who do I talk to?
First, confirm your account credentials are accurate and then send an email to your Winsupply branch rep copying our Winsupply POC (digitalhelp@winsupply.com).

Reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for any workflow-related questions. If you think something might be broken or don't know who your CSM is, you can email ServiceTitan support at support@servicetitan.com.
