What is the process for accessing voicemails in Dialpad app?

Problem

You need to access voicemails but you are unsure how to find them in the Dialpad app.

Solution

1. Open the Dialpad app on your device.

2. Click Inbox on the left side of your screen.

3. Select Voicemails from the options available.

4. Look for the message you want to listen to. You will see the caller ID, a transcript of the message, how long the message is, and when it was left.

5. Click Play to listen to the audio.
