Problem
A task in a recurring service event was added with the wrong price.
Solution
To find out why the price of the recurring service (RSE) event task is incorrect you need to check the following:
Check the audit trail of the recurring service event job
Open the job where the recurring service event was booked.
Check the jobs' Audit Trail and look for changes made to the task price.
Confirm the original price of the task
Go to Pricebook.
Search the service task and click Edit.
Look at the price setup of the task.
Check the invoice template
Go to Settings
> Invoicing > Invoice templates.Edit the invoice template associated with the RSE task.
Ensure the price of the task is set correctly. This confirms that the template itself is not the issue.
Correct the price
If the task was manually edited to the wrong price, adjust it back to the correct amount per the membership agreement.
