Why is the Business Unit on the Membership Invoice Different from the Customer's membership Business Unit?

Problem

The membership sale invoice shows a different Business Unit than the customer's membership. This issue might have occurred after renewing an old membership.

Solution

  1. Check the Business Unit on the membership sale or renewal invoice.        

    1. Find the membership sale or renewal invoice.

    2. Look at the Business Unit listed on the invoice.

  2. If the wrong Business Unit is on the invoice, resell the membership to correct it.        

    1. Go to the membership section in the customer's profile.

    2. Choose to renew the membership or sell a new one.

    3. When renewing, make sure to select the correct Business Unit.

  3. Check the new invoice to make sure that the invoice now has the right Business Unit.
