Where can I find my outbound call recordings in ServiceTitan?

Problem

You want to access the calls you've made that have resulted in a booked appointment, but the page in the call booking screen is gone once it's closed.

Solution

Use the Search function in ServiceTitan to access the calls you've made.

Search for call recordings

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Search .

2. From the dropdown, select Call.

3. Use the filters to find the call or calls you are looking for.

4. Click the Headset to listen or download the recording and review the call details.

Note: Once the call booking is closed, the page in the call booking screen is gone and cannot be accessed again.
