Overview
If you are requesting account data or feature configuration updates from ServiceTitan Technical support, you need to have the Allow data change requests to support permission enabled for your profile. We recommend that all Administrators have this permission enabled as this permission is what our Support team checks for when determining if a user can give consent for Admin-only requests.

Things to know
All users with an Administrator role have permission to Allow data change requests to support by default. If you want non-admins to make data change requests, you can enable this permission for them. For more, see Set permissions for an individual employee or technician.
Enable the allow data change permission for individual employees
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to People > Employees.
Under Employees, click Edit for the employee whose permissions you want to change.
Click Permissions.
Select the Allow data change requests to support permission to enable it.
When finished, click Save Changes.

Enable the allow data change permission by default
If you want certain roles to have the permission enabled by default:
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to People > Role Permissions.
Click Edit for the employee role that you want to give this permission to.
Select the Allow data change requests to support permission to enable it.
When finished, click Save Changes.
