Problem
Jobs are booked and assigned, but the Dispatch Board is blank, no matter what day you view.
Solution
Try opening the Dispatch Board in Incognito Mode:
In Chrome, click the three vertical dots at the top of the browser.
Click New Incognito Window.
In the incognito window, sign in to ServiceTitan and check if the Dispatch Board is visible.
If the Dispatch Board is visible in Incognito mode, clear your main browser cache:
In Chrome, click the three vertical dots at the top of the browser.
Click Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data.
Choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Select the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Delete data.
Sign in to ServiceTitan in your normal browser window and check if the Dispatch Board is visible.
If you're still not seeing the Dispatch Board in your main browser, remove any extensions or plugins you've added and check again.
In Chrome, click the three vertical dots at the top of the browser.
Click Extensions > Manage Extensions.
Click Remove next to each extension and plugin.
