Problem
You want to know why some jobs appear on the technician's side in ServiceTitan Mobile but not on the Dispatch Board in ServiceTitan and if anything can be done to fix it.
Solution
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue of jobs not appearing on the Dispatch Board in ServiceTitan. This ensures that all booked jobs are visible and manageable from the Dispatch Board, improving scheduling and dispatching efficiency.
Check the job's start and end time
Search for and open job record that's not appearing on the Dispatch Board.
Scroll to the Scheduled Appointments section.
Click Edit
next to the appointment.Look at the start and end times. If they're the same, this is likely causing the issue.
If the start and end times are the same, adjust them so the start time is before the end time.

When finished, click Save Changes and check if the job now shows up on the Dispatch Board.
Update the service item in pricebook
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, click Services.
Find the service that was booked for the job. This might be under a specific business unit or job type.
Hover over the service and click More
> View/Edit Service.Scroll to the Hours field and check if it shows 0 hours. If you see 0 hours, this needs to be updated.
Enter a reasonable duration for the service. This ensures that when the job is booked, it automatically has a start and end time that are not the same.

When finished, click Save.
Verify changes
After updating the service in Pricebook, book a new job with the updated service. For more on how to do this, see Book a job.
Check if the new job appears on the technician's side in ServiceTitan Mobile and on the Dispatch Board in ServiceTitan.
