How can I customize notifications for different business units in ServiceTitan?

Problem

ServiceTitan does not allow notifications to be customized by business unit. The text and information included in a notification's message is universal across all business units.

Solution

Workflow Summary

You can exclude certain business units from notifications in ServiceTitan. Go to settings, then manage notifications.

Exclude Business Units from notifications in ServiceTitan

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. In the side panel, go to Communications > Customer Notifications.

  3. Select the notification type you want to manage.

  4. Click the Settings tab.

  5. From the Exclude Business Unit dropdown, select the business unit you want to exclude.

  6. When finished, click Save.
