What is the process for viewing the date when a customer approved an estimate?

Problem

You can find the date a customer approved an estimate in the audit trail of the linked opportunity.

Solution

You can find the datea  customer approved an estimate in the audit trail of the linked opportunity. You can find this audit trail using the Follow Up tab or search in ServiceTitan.

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Follow Up.

2. In the side menu, select Sold Estimates.

3. Find the sold estimate in the list and select it.

4. Click the opportunity linked to the estimate.

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to find the audit trail.

6. In the Audit Trail, find entries related to the estimate being set to sold.

7. See if the system marked the estimate as sold automatically. This indicates online approval by the customer.        

   Note: If the system marks the estimate as sold, the entry will show it was done by the owner's account.

8. Review the date next to the entry to see when the customer approved the estimate.

1. Search for the sold estimate.

2. Select the sold estimate you need to know about in the search results.

3. Click the opportunity linked to the estimate.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to find the audit trail.

5. In the Audit Trail, find entries related to the estimate being set to sold.

6. See if the system marked the estimate as sold automatically. This indicates online approval by the customer.
