What is the process for undismissing a dismissed service agreement visit?

Problem

You want to undismiss a service agreement visit that was previously dismissed.

Solution

Currently, ServiceTitan does not have a feature to undismiss a service agreement visit. Dismissing the visit marks the visit as complete, recognizes the revenue, and does not alter the Scope of Work or the Total Agreement Price. You cannot undo this action. However, you can add additional visits to the Service Agreement if needed.

Add a new visit

1. Go to the Active Service Agreement.

2. Click Visits.

3. Click +Add Visit.

4. Add the necessary visit details and click Continue.

5. Review the visit details and click Save.
