How do I switch the customer type from Residential to Commercial?

Problem

Customer locations show as residential when booking calls, but need to be commercial. The customer type setting needs to be updated in the customer record.

Solution

1. Search for and open the customer's record.

2. In the customer record, click Edit next to the customer's name.

3. In the Customer Type section, click Commercial.

4. Click Save.

This customer will now show as Commercial when booking calls.
