Problem

You want to add a fax line but might see Added to 0 users when trying to save.

Solution

Add fax lines in ServiceTitan Settings or by navigating to the Admin Settings screen of Dialpad.

Adding Fax Lines in ServiceTitan

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings.

  2. Select Phones > Phones Pro > Account Setup.

  3. In the Fax Lines section, click Add until the number of fax lines matches your desired number.

Assigning the Fax Line in Dialpad

  1. Go to your Dialpad account and click Admin Settings.

  2. Select the Department, Ai Contact Center, or Main Line where you'd like to add the fax line.

  3. In the Phone Number(s) section, click Add a fax number.

  4. In the pop-up that opens, click Continue.

  5. Select your Country and the Area Code, and then click Continue.

  6. When finished, click Add fax number.
