Problem
You can't log into Dialpad. You're not getting reset password emails.
Solution
Check your email address
Confirm the email address you are using to log in to Dialpad.
Check if the email address is associated with either the employee or technician profile in ServiceTitan.
If are unable to log in, ensure you are using the correct email address from your employee or technician account.
Tip: If your account is connected to Gmail or Office 365, click Log in with Google or Log in with Microsoft to access your account.
Try resetting your password
When trying to log in to your Dialpad account, click Forgot password.
Enter your email address.
Check your email inbox. Look for a reset password email from Dialpad.
Tip: If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes emails end up there.
Ensure your web browser is up to date
On your computer, open Google Chrome.
At the top right, click More and then Clear browsing data.
A new window opens.Select the Advanced tab.
From the Time range dropdown, select All time.
Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
