The phone greeting was set up but was not working. The customer did not hear the greeting when calling.
Solution
Ensure your phone greeting is in a supported format, like WAV.
Call your tracking number from your phone to see if the greeting plays.
Confirm that the greeting is set up correctly in ServiceTitan. For more, see Call Recording settings for Basic Phone Integration.
Call the tracking number again to verify the greeting is working.
