Problem

The phone greeting was set up but was not working. The customer did not hear the greeting when calling.

Solution

  1. Ensure your phone greeting is in a supported format, like WAV.

  2. Call your tracking number from your phone to see if the greeting plays.

  4. Call the tracking number again to verify the greeting is working.
