Problem

Vendors are not receiving emails of purchase orders sent through ServiceTitan. However, they receive the orders when sent manually as a downloaded XLS or PDF.

Resolve Vendor PO Delivery Issues

By following these steps, you can identify and resolve the issue causing your vendors not to receive POs.

1. Verify vendor email address

  • Confirm the email addresses of your vendors. Make sure they are correct in ServiceTitan.

  • Ask your vendors to check if they are using the correct email address to receive POs.

2. Check for email filters or spam

  • Ask your vendors to check their email spam or junk folders. Sometimes, emails from new senders get filtered.

3. Add email to the safe sender list

  • Suggest that your vendors add the email address noreply@onservicetiten.com to their email contacts or safe sender list. This can help prevent emails from being marked as spam.
