What is the status of my order and how can I view sent emails in ServiceTitan's purchasing tab?

Problem

Not able to send an order. Some parts are showing as "pending order status".

Solution

Check the status of your orders and view any emails sent from the purchasing tab in ServiceTitan.

Check Order Status

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Inventory or Purchasing.

  2. In the side panel, click Purchase Orders.

  3. Click the Sent tab. This will show you the PO that was sent.

  4. Look for the column of recipients. It shows who the PO was sent to.

View Sent Emails

  1. Ensure you are still in the Purchase Orders section.

  2. Make sure the Sent tab is selected. This area not only shows the sent POs but also includes information on sent emails related to these POs.

  3. Check the list for any emails sent regarding the PO. This will include details on the recipients.
