Atlas is powered by Titan Intelligence (TI). It may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses. Verify details before acting and don’t treat it as professional advice. Your conversations may be stored to improve the service. Avoid sharing sensitive information.
By using Atlas, you agree to use this feature responsibly, and further acknowledge and agree that any data collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with third-party service providers.
Use the Help Center
To access the Help Center, click Help
in the top toolbar. In the Help Center that opens, you can:
Search: Type a word or question and press Enter on your keyboard to find relevant articles, videos, or support cases.
Review Knowledge Base articles: Click Knowledge Base to open ServiceTitan's full library of articles, or select a suggested article related to the screen where you clicked Help
.Review Academy courses: Click Academy to open ServiceTitan's training library, or select a suggested video for the topic you’re currently viewing.
View My Cases: Open your list of support cases to track open Technical Support, CSM, Billing, and Fintech cases. You can also review past cases and give ServiceTitan Support temporary access to your account so they can troubleshoot issues directly.

Get Help: Click Get Help to chat with Atlas, your team’s AI sidekick in ServiceTitan, or to contact ServiceTitan technical support.
Use Atlas in support
Atlas is your team’s AI sidekick in ServiceTitan that helps you get answers quickly without leaving the platform. It can answer questions about ServiceTitan features, guide you through workflows, and suggest helpful articles or videos.
To start a conversation with Atlas:
Go to the top toolbar and click Help
.Click Get Help.

Enter your question in the Ask Atlas field, then click Send
or press Enter on your keyboard.
Atlas gives you step-by-step guidance or links to Knowledge Base articles to help you answer your question or resolve your issue.
If you still need help after chatting with Atlas, contact technical support for additional assistance.
