Best practices
Check your rule before saving it to make sure there are no issues. Atlas is Al-powered and can make mistakes. So while Atlas is a powerful and helpful tool, it still needs a human to review its output. Correcting Atlas will also help it improve over time.
Use cases
You want to create a rule to align Adaptive Capacity with your dispatch practices, but you feel the process is complex. To make things easier, use Atlas to guide you through rule creation and apply conditions.
Use Atlas to configure Strategic Rules for Adaptive Capacity
Go to Settings
> Adaptive Capacity > Strategic Rules. On the Strategic Rules screen that opens, click Atlas.

On the New Rule screen that opens, use Atlas to help build your rule.

For example, you could send a message that says After 5:00 PM, my technicians should only work on No Cool and No Heat jobs.

Atlas automatically fills out the rule based on your prompts, and lets you know if it found any issues or inconsistencies.

Continue the conversation until the rule is built to your liking.
Note: Check your rule before saving it to make sure there are no issues. While Atlas strives to provide helpful and accurate information, it may occasionally contain errors and you should review it before taking action.
