Use Atlas in Field Pro on mobile to run diagnostic tests and perform common HVAC calculations. This helps you quickly verify system performance on the job. You can complete these calculations directly in Atlas on mobile, with 9 calculators available covering airflow, pressure, and other common diagnostic needs.

    By using Atlas, you agree to use this feature responsibly, and further acknowledge and agree that any data collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with third-party service providers.

  • You can access Calculators and Diagnostic tests from Atlas in both ServiceTitan Mobile and the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App. Atlas is not currently available in the Inventory Mobile App.

  • Calculators and Diagnostic tests is available only for Commercial HVAC and Residential HVAC businesses.

Use Atlas for calculators and diagnostic tests with Field Pro in mobile

  1. Open a job.

  2. Tap Ask Atlas.

  3. On the Atlas screen that opens, tap Calculators & Diagnostic Tests.

  4. Select one of the following:

    1. Airflow Calculator

    2. SuperHeat

    3. Airflow Diagnostic

    4. SubCool

    5. Duct Sizing Calculator

    6. Nitrogen Pressure Test

    7. Pressure Set Points

    8. TXV Size Calculator

  5. Enter the required information in the requested fields, such as Return Air, Supply Air, and Nominal Tons.

    Note: The fields vary depending on the tool you select.

  6. Tap Submit and review the results.

  7. Tap Backif you want to use another tool or calculator.
