Unmap items
Go to the top toolbar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, under Pricebook Connect, click Updates.
From the Provider dropdown, select the preferred provider.
From the dropdown, select History Log.

Click Materials or Equipment and select the items you want to unmap.
Tip: You can filter the results by Categories as well as filter changes by clicking Filters.
Click Unmap Items.

On the Unmap Items screen that opens, confirm your action.

Note: The unmapped items remain unchanged in your pricebook, but stop receiving pricing and content updates from the supplier catalog.
Revert to your item's original state before the mapping
To revert to your item's pre-mapping details, download the backup created during mapping, and re-import your pricebook.
To download your pre-mapping items:
Go to the top toolbar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, click History.
Find the correct Date of the record and click the .XLS file under the Before column to download it.

To re-import your pricebook:
Go to the top toolbar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, click Import/Export.
On the Import/Export screen that opens, click the Import tab and make sure the Data File Type is Pricebook (Settings, Materials and Part Link).
Note: If you want to replace your entire pricebook with your pricebook import, select Deactivate existing pricebook. This effectively deletes your current pricebook and cannot be undone.
Click Upload and select the previously downloaded pricebook XLSX file from your computer.
Click Remove or Change if needed.

When the file is uploaded, click Import to complete the import.

Note: If you edit your pricebook after downloading the backup file, those changes will be lost when you import the downloaded file back into your ServiceTitan account. Ensure to make the changes after importing the file to your pricebook.
