Things to know
To add a new provider catalog, contact Technical Support. For more, see Available supply chain integrations.
You can browse a new provider catalog before mapping your pricebook to it.
You can view the copy of your pricebook in the Pricebook > History tab to know which items have been mapped.
You can't use MS Excel files to import.

The Map to provider option is unavailable for Ferguson and Winsupply integrations. Instead, you can use the Upload purchase history feature to add recently purchased items more efficiently to your pricebook.
If you map the items by mistake, you can unmap them using the History Log. For more, see Unmap provider catalogs from your pricebook.
When mapping, the High Match logic is based on two criteria. It occurs when most field values (Code, Name, Description, Vendor Part Number, or Model Number for equipment) match between the pricebook and the vendor's catalog, or when there is an exact match of the Vendor Part Number. This ensures accurate item mapping between systems.
The Select All checkbox in the top-left corner of the matching table applies only to items on the current page.
Map and sync provider catalog content to your pricebook
Pricebook Connect compares the equipment and materials in your pricebook to a provider's catalog. It looks for matching item names, model numbers, and part numbers. When the matching is finished, you see a list of potential item matches sorted in order of match confidence. You can use the list to map your pricebook items with the provider catalog items, choosing which item details you want in your pricebook.
After you complete this initial mapping, you're notified on the Pricebook Connect Updates screen when the provider updates their catalog. You can select which updates to add to your pricebook. For more, see Update your pricebook with Pricebook Connect.
Mapping your provider's catalog content to your pricebook involves three steps:
Step 1: Match pricebook to provider catalog
Before you begin the mapping process, ensure that the integration and initial sync between your ServiceTitan account and the supplier account are complete. The mapping process starts with matching the items in your pricebook to the items in your provider's catalog.
To start the mapping process:
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
From the side menu, click Catalogs.
On the Catalogs screen, hover over the vendor you want to map your pricebook to.
Click More
and select Map to provider.
The Map to Provider pop-up opens.Click Begin Matching.
ServiceTitan creates a backup of your current pricebook and looks for matches between items in your pricebook and the provider catalog. Note: This can take a few minutes.
Review match results
When matching completes, the Map With Provider screen opens, showing matches for Equipment and Materials.

In the Equipment and Material Mapping screens, you'll see the recommended matches between your pricebook and the vendor's catalog.
Your Pricebook: This column shows all items in your pricebook by Name and Model Number for equipment or Name and Part Number for materials.
Match in Provider Catalog: This column shows the provider catalog items that ServiceTitan attempted to match.
Use the search field to search for materials and services in your pricebook by code, name, or part number. For equipment, you can also search by model number.
Click Filters to filter the list of items by cost, category, match confidence (High/User Change), and other details. After setting your filters, click Apply.

View the Match column to see the level of confidence that the item in your pricebook matches the item in the provider's catalog.
Note: You will only see High matches by default. To add items not marked as High match by ServiceTitan, click Add Row. The newly added items will show as User Change when filtering the results.
Click Show Details to see a more granular comparison of actual field matches. At this level, you can select individual fields to map.
Step 2: Select items in your pricebook to map
After ServiceTitan matches the items in your pricebook with a provider catalog, select the equipment and materials that you want to sync or map to your provider's catalog.
Choose one or more of the following ways to select pricebook items to map:

Note: When you select a pricebook item, it maps all the fields of an item.

Tip: The number of items that you select to map displays at the bottom of the screen.
When you're finished selecting items, go to finalize mapping.

.Click the arrow next to the provider item name and select a new item from the list.

Add and map items manually
If you are not able to find the items you need in the list, add them from your pricebook and manually link them to the provider catalog.
On the Map With Provider screen, click Add Row.
In the Add Row pop-up, select an item from your Pricebook.

Use the Vendor Catalog dropdown to select an item from the vendor's catalog.
Tip: Use the search field to search items by name, code, description or part number.
When you're finished, click Add.
Bulk select multiple fields for multiple items
Bulk Select lets you make multiple field selections at once for high matches and user changes instead of clicking through dozens or even hundreds of different items to make mapping selections.
If you review high-match items by clicking Show Details and determine that they are the correct items to map, you can bulk-select one or more fields for mapping. For example, if you have 125 high-match items, you can bulk-select certain fields for mappings, such as name, part number, and images for all 125 items.
Note: If you want to bulk-select all high-match items, all product fields will be selected, except for the Code and Name fields.
To bulk-select items:
On the Map With Provider screen, click Bulk Select.
Select the fields that you want to map for High Match and User Change items.

Click Apply.
The number of items to be mapped shows at the bottom of the screen. When you're finished selecting items to map, go to finalize mapping.
Step 3: Finalize mapping
Before finalizing mapping, make sure that your selections are accurate, as you cannot undo this action. Mapping replaces the information in your pricebook with the provider's content.
Note: If you run out of time, you can map what you've already selected. You can always come back and re-run this entire process, continuing where you left off.
When you're finished selecting your pricebook items to map, click Map.
On the new pop-up that opens, click Yes.
ServiceTitan syncs your selections with your provider's catalog. When the mapping is finished, a notification shows how many items were mapped and how many were not mapped.
