Unable to Change Email in Dialpad

Problem

When attempting to change a user's email in Dialpad, an error message pops up saying that the email already exists within the company, even though it is not being used by any other users.

Solution

  1. Check if the email is being used by any other users in ServiceTitan.

  2. If the email is being used by another user in ServiceTitan, change the email in ServiceTitan to a different email address.

  3. If the email is not being used by any other users in ServiceTitan, escalate the case to Technical Support to create a Dial Pad support case.

  4. Wait for Dialpad support to resolve the issue.
