DialPad Call Transcript Not Found

Problem

You are unable to find a call transcript in DialPad, even though you know it exists. You need to delete sensitive information from the transcript.

Solution

  1. Go to DialPad and log in to your account.

  2. Go to the Call History tab.

  3. Find the call with the transcript you need to delete.

  4. Note the customer name and time of the call (including timezone).

  5. Contact ServiceTitan Technical Support and provide the customer name and time of the call.

  6. Wait for the support agent to find the transcript and provide you with a link.

  7. Click on the link provided by the support agent to access the transcript.

  8. Delete the sensitive information from the transcript.

  9. Close the transcript and log out of DialPad.

Note: If you are unable to find the transcript after following these steps, try clearing your browser cache by pressing "ctrl + shift + r".
