Things to know
It is important to set up web form leads integration before connecting phone call leads.
For Phones Pro users: when you add and assign a new tracking number in ServiceTitan, you should click the Assign Number to Target dropdown and select a target. For more, see Add and assign tracking numbers in Phones Pro.
Phone number redirection takes around 24 hours (phone calls will redirect the next day).
Phone call leads still come through the Dispatch screen.
You should repeat the following process for multiple locations:
If you are a Trane dealer, name the campaign Trane Phone Call Leads - [location]
If you are an American Standard dealer, name the campaign American Standard Phone Call Leads - [location]
