Overview

Create a phone number for your Trane/American Standard phone call leads integration. This allows you to add a campaign phone number to Trane Comfortsite or ASDealerNet so you can capture residential service leads and track marketing performance directly within your ServiceTitan reports.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators and office employees

  • Primarily for Residential Service and Replacement business types

  • This feature is currently in closed beta and available for specific accounts. If you have any questions during the beta, please email traneleads@servicetitan.com.

Create a phone number in ServiceTitan

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear..

  2. In the side panel, click Phones > Phone Numbers.

  3. On the Phone Numbers screen that opens, click Add New NumberInterface for managing phone numbers with options to add new numbers and settings.

  4. On the Add New Number pop-up that opens, find the number you want.        

    Note: If you want to add a Local Number, search by Area code or ZIP. We recommend you search by Area Code first. If you search by ZIP, you might not get any results due to phone carrier restrictions. If you want to add a 1-88XX number, click Toll-Free Number.

  5. When finished, click Search NumbersForm to add a new phone number with fields for area code and zip code.

  6. On the Search Results pop-up that opens, select the number you want and click Choose NumberHighlighted phone number selection in search results with options to choose from.        

    Tip: If you want to look for more numbers beyond the first list you see, click Load More.

  7. Fill out the following information:        

    1. Activate the Use Default Number toggle.

    2. In the Allow Incoming SMS? field, select No.                

      Note: ServiceTitan can't receive incoming SMS from consumers for these calls.

    3. In the Set Campaign field enter 'Trane Phone Call Leads' or 'American Standard Phone Call Leads'.

    4. In the Default Call Type field, select LeadEditing phone number settings for forwarding and campaign management in a user interface.

  8. When finished, click Save.
