Overview

Add a campaign phone number to Trane Comfortsite or ASDealerNet so you can capture residential service leads and track marketing performance directly within your ServiceTitan reports. This ensures every call from your dealer locator profile is attributed and managed seamlessly.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators and office employees

  • Primarily for Residential Service and Replacement business types

  • This feature is currently in closed beta and available for specific accounts. If you have any questions during the beta, please email traneleads@servicetitan.com.

Add a number to Trane Comfortsite

  1. Go to www.comfortsite.com.

  2. In the side panel, click Marketing CenterTrane ComfortSite interface showing various service options and a highlighted marketing center.

  3. On the Marketing Center screen that opens, click Marketing Advertising Express (Max)Marketing Center menu with highlighted items and a pointer indicating selection.

  4. On the Marketing Advertising Express (Max) screen that opens, click Dealer Location InformationTrane MAX interface showing dealer locator and advertising materials options for users.

  5. Scroll down to the Dealer Locator Profile Details section.

  6. In the ServiceTitan Campaign Phone Number and Direct Phone Number fields, enter your phone number. Form fields for dealer information, including website and contact details for ServiceTitan.

    Note: You can find the Direct Phone Number field under the Dealer list.

  7. When finished, click Update Profile.

Note: If you already have a number in MAX, you will continue to get leads to the original number that was stated until 11:31 pm EST. The Overnight synchronization period is 11:30 pm EST.

Add a number to ASDealerNet

  1. Go to www.asdealernet.com.

  2. In the side panel, click Marketing CenterAmerican Standard DealerNet interface showcasing available features and navigation options.

  3. On the Marketing Center screen that opens, click Marketing Advertising Express (Max)Marketing Center webpage displaying various resources and highlighted upcoming dealer rewards.

    Note: The American Standard Dealer Rewards marketing center is coming soon.

  4. On the Marketing Advertising Express (Max) screen that opens, click Dealer Location InformationWebsite interface showing dealer locator and available funds for American Standard services.

  5. Scroll down to the Dealer Locator Profile Details section.

  6. In the ServiceTitan Campaign Phone Number and Direct Phone Number fields, enter your phone number. Form fields for dealer information, including website and contact details for ServiceTitan.

    Note: You can find the Direct Phone Number field under the Dealer list.

  7. When finished, click Update Profile.

  8. Notify your local distributor that this change needs to be approved. The Overnight synchronization period is 11:30 pm EST.

Note: If you already have a number in MAX, you will continue to get leads to the original number that was stated until 11:31 pm EST.

Test the integration

Note: You can complete testing around 24 hours post-setup or the next business day.

Go to Trane.com or AmericanStandardAir.com.

For Trane dealer:

  1. On the screen that opens, click Find a Local DealerTrane residential air conditioning advertisement highlighting local dealer search option.

  2. In the Find a dealer in your area field, enter your Postal or Zip code. Search bar for finding a dealer with a filter option on the right.

For American Standard dealer:

  1. On the screen that opens, click Find a Local DealerAmerican Standard website header with options to find a local dealer and contact information.

  2. In the Find a dealer servicing your area field, enter your home ZIP code. Search for a dealer by entering your zip code in the provided field.

After you entered Postal or Zip codes:

  1. Dial or click the phone number stated under Call now.

  2. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Calls .

  3. On the Booking screen that opens, click the incoming green call bubble. Interface for booking jobs with customer search and job overview sections displayed.

Note: The top phone number or contact should be associated with the phone number that the caller (you) are dialing from. The Trane Phone Call Leads or American Standard Phone Call Leads marketing campaign should also be associated.

Track the performance

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Reports .

  2. Select the Web Booking report.

  3. Filter by Trane Phone Call Leads or American Standard Phone Call Leads campaign, and click Run Report.
