Overview
Touchless Integration lets you use ServiceTitan as a near-real-time record for your financial transactions. When transactions are generated in ServiceTitan, the corresponding financial entries (Journal Entries) are exported within minutes. This eliminates the manual process of batching, posting, and exporting your transactions to your accounting software.

Feature configuration
Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
Currently, this feature is only available for QuickBooks Online and Intacct.
This feature requires the Journal Entries and Accounting Periods features to be set up and configured. For more, see Journal entries overview and Use Accounting Periods.
Things to know
You will still need to batch and post invoices for payroll and tax reporting.
Setup requirements for new Intacct users
For new users of Intacct, the following must be set up:
Map business units in ServiceTitan to Intacct reporting dimensions.
Map pricebook items to Item GL Groups
Note: You must designate a GL account in both the Income Account and Expense Account fields to use Touchless Integration.
When you’re successfully integrated with Intacct, follow the steps outlined in Set up Touchless Integration for Intacct to complete your Touchless Integration setup.
Setup requirements for new QuickBooks Online users
For new users of QuickBooks Online, the following must be set up:
Set up QBO Online Integration.
Note: The GL account names must match between QuickBooks Online and ServiceTitan. Additionally, Accounts Receivable and Undeposited Funds GL accounts, designated as ServiceTitan Defaults, should not be used, renamed, or deactivated.
If you are using sub-accounts, map pricebook items to a QuickBooks sub-account.
When you’re successfully integrated with QuickBooks Online, follow the steps outlined in Set up Touchless Integration for QuickBooks Online to complete your Touchless Integration setup.
Setup requirements for existing Intacct and QuickBooks Online users
For existing Intacct and QuickBooks Online users, make sure the integration with your accounting platform is set up and functioning properly.
