Can a technician add materials directly from a warehouse instead of their truck using ServiceTitan Mobile?

Problem

Technicians can't add materials from a warehouse using the ServiceTitan Mobile app.

Solution

Changing the inventory location to a warehouse is not possible directly through the app. The office must manually update the inventory location on the invoice.

Updating inventory location to a warehouse on an invoice

1. In ServiceTitan, open the invoice that needs material from the warehouse.

2. Manually update the inventory location to the warehouse.

3. When finished, click Save.

Note: Technicians cannot update the inventory location for items themselves; this must be done by the office.
