Overview
You should always use the Go environment to work on real jobs. Go is the live version of the Field Mobile App. On some occasions, however, you might want to use Next. Next is a sandbox environment you can use to get familiar with changes and new features in the upcoming release.
Note: To test the Field Mobile App using Next, your office must first book a test job for you in Next from the office.

Switch environments in the Field Mobile App
To switch between Next and Go on both Android and iOS:
Open the Field Mobile App.
If you’re automatically signed in to the app:
Tap Menu
> Switch Environment 
.Select the environment you want to switch to, Go or Next, then tap Apply and Sign Out (iOS) or Apply and Relaunch (Android).
Close and reopen the app then sign in as you normally would.
If you’re not automatically signed in to the app:
On the Sign in screen, tap Switch to a different environment.
Select the environment you want to switch to, Go or Next, then tap Apply and Relaunch.
The Field Mobile App closes and reopens. Sign in as you normally would.
You are now signed in to the new environment you selected earlier. To switch back to the other environment, follow the same steps.
