Improvements

Measurement Integrations - Eagleview and GAF QuickMeasure

  • Store Account Information:
  • Previously, you had to manually enter their email address each time you placed an order in GAF QuickMeasure . Now, the email address is saved in the setup section and is automatically pre-filled during the order process. This enhancement reduces repetitive data entry and streamlines the workflow.
  • Access to Reports:
  • Previously, GAF QuickMeasure and EagleView measurement reports were only accessible from the office, limiting visibility on-site. Now, when a report is ready, the alert email includes a direct link to the PDF. This allows sales representatives to quickly access reports from their email while in the field, improving efficiency and responsiveness on the job.
  • Alert Routing:
  • Previously, alerts were sent to anyone signed up for notifications, regardless of their involvement in the job, which often caused confusion. Now, GAF QuickMeasure and EagleView report alerts are sent only to the assigned technicians and the person who placed the order. This update ensures that notifications reach the appropriate users, helping teams stay focused on relevant jobs.
  • Grouping of Slopes:
  • Previously, roof measurements in GAF QuickMeasure and EagleView only displayed the total area, requiring manual entry for pitch-specific data. Now, when mapping fields to a measurement form, area data is pulled in by pitch and can be easily grouped using basic addition. This simplifies calculating totals for specific slope ranges, such as the total squares for 2/12–4/12 pitches.

Spec Based Estimating

  • Support for Dropdown and Radio Fields:
  • Previously, Spec-Based Estimate Template forms only supported numeric fields, limiting formula configuration options. Now, dropdown and radio button fields can be used in "IF" logic, providing greater flexibility. This allows users to define material selection based on chosen options, streamlining form setup and improving the accuracy of spec-based estimates.

Roofing Release ST-73.1

Proposals

  • Enhancements including In Person Signing:
  • Before, roofing teams ran into blockers because the proposal builder didn’t support common features, like member pricing or signature capture. Now, you can manage proposals with mobile or office permissions, show financing in PDFs, and collect signatures in person. You can also add custom expiration dates, see member savings, and connect to third-party tools. This helps roofing sales teams to present and close deals faster, with tools designed just for them.
  • Access Proposal Follow Ups in mobile:
  • Before, salespeople had to dig through old jobs to find a proposal if the job was closed. Now, Mobile Follow Ups in the ServiceTitan Mobile App link proposals directly to opportunities, saving time and reducing confusion. This helps close more deals by making it simpler to revisit and finalize past proposals.
  • Proposal Builder in Office Mode:
  • Previously, proposals could only be created and edited using the mobile app, limiting office teams. Now, office staff can launch the Proposal Builder directly, update proposals, and follow up right from their desks. Proposal links, statuses, and signing options are also available on Follow Ups, Locations, and Customer screens.

Procurement

  • Set Parent Material Costs - Available through Supplier Integration:
  • Before, roofing contractors saw $0 costs for generic configurable material items, causing confusion with estimates. Now, ServiceTitan allows setting costs for generic configurable material items (i.e., product families) based on variant item costs, like maximum, minimum, average, or manual settings. This change helps align with supplier data, giving more accurate pricing and smoother workflows when managing roofing supplier integrations.
