Schedule a roofing sales visit
Quickly schedule a sales visit from an incoming call or email.
Go to the navigation bar and click Calls (or Job Booking).
If the call is coming in, click the incoming call bubble. Otherwise, click Manual Call.
If the customer is already in the system, their information automatically populates and you can select them on the Customer tab.
Otherwise, create a new customer. In the Job Type dropdown, select Estimate and in the Business Unit dropdown, select Sales.

Select the marketing campaign and the priority.
Open a new tab on your browser and in the ServiceTitan navigation bar, click Dispatch.
Click Filter and from the Teams dropdown, select Sales and click Apply.
Tip: Turn on the configuration for Color-code schedule board by Technician instead of Zone.
Review available appointment timeslots by a sales representative and agree on one with the customer. Use the date selector to check availability on other days.
Note: This process can be made easier by creating shifts in two-hour blocks for your sales team. For example, creating shifts of 10 am - 12, 2 pm - 4 and 4 pm - 6 allows each sales team member up to three appointments per day, with time for travel. Setting up shifts also enables you to utilize Adjustable Capacity Planning.
Return to the call booking tab and fill in the agreed-upon Start Date, Arrival Window, and additional fields.
Select the sales associate who had the timeslot available from the Technician dropdown.
Fill in any custom fields you may have set up, add notes to the Summary section as needed.
When finished, click Book Job.
