  4. In the Memo field add the memo including the vendor return policy.

  5. Save the Purchase Order.

  6. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.

  7. Create a custom report using the Purchasing template.

  8. Add columns to your report including PO type, Job #, Job Status, Memo, and any transaction dates needed.

  9. Save your custom report.
