Connect the IDTech VP3350 Bluetooth credit card reader to your mobile device

Before using the IDTech credit card reader, make sure you're on the latest version of the ServiceTitan mobile app for your mobile device.

When connecting your mobile device to the IDTech credit card reader for the first time and you tap Pay > Use Swiper, the system initiates a configuration sequence that may last for up to five minutes. To account for this delay, we recommend you connect your mobile device to the credit card reader before taking it out on a job.

Note: On Apple devices, if the VP3350 is paired through the iOS Settings page, it displays as a connected device but does not function with the ServiceTitan mobile app. The VP3350 must be paired through the ServiceTitan mobile app, not iOS settings.
