How can I find my forwarding numbers in ServiceTitan?

Problem

You need to find the forwarding number for your new tracking number.

Solution

You can find your forwarding numbers by navigating to the Phone Numbers section of your ServiceTitan Settings.

Check your phone numbers

1. Go to Settings in ServiceTitan.

2. In the search bar, type Phones.

3. Select Phone Numbers from the search results.

4. Locate your forwarding numbers in the list provided.
