Overview
If there are unsold estimates when you complete a job in the Field Mobile App, an opportunity follow-up is created automatically. The app prompts you to set a follow-up reminder immediately after completing the job. Set reminders to follow up on these opportunities to avoid missing out on potential revenue and close more deals.

Things to know
Each follow-up reminder is sent as a separate message. For example, if you set follow-up reminders for different customers for the same date and time, you'll receive separate reminders.
Best practices
Add opportunities to your navigation bar to quickly access your follow-ups. To do this, go to Menu
> Customize Navigation
and drag Opportunities to the Current section. For more, see Use the Menu screen in the Field Mobile App.
Set an opportunity follow-up reminder when completing a job in the Field Mobile App
When you complete a job, if the job's opportunity status is Not attempted, Contacted, or Unreachable when online, a pop-up prompts you to set a follow-up reminder.
Note: If you’re offline, the system checks if all estimates are unsold and at least one is not in dismissed status.
On the pop-up, tap Edit.

Tip: If you don’t want to set the reminder now, tap Done to skip and then set a reminder later from the Opportunities screen.
On the screen that opens, set the Date and Time you want to be reminded.
Turn on the Reminders toggle and select Text, Email, or both.

Tap Save to set the reminder.
Set an opportunity follow-up reminder from the Opportunities screen in the Field Mobile App
Step 1: Locate an opportunity in the Field Mobile App
Open the Field Mobile App and tap Menu
at the bottom of the screen.On the Menu screen that opens, tap Opportunities.

On the Opportunities screen that opens, use the following options to filter and sort your opportunities:
Sort and Filter
: Contains all sort and filter options, in addition to a Reset All option.Sort: Sort by Date (Most Recent) or Date (Oldest).
Date Range: Filter by Today, Past Week, Past 2 Weeks, Past Month, or Custom date range.
Status: Filter by Not Attempted, Unreachable, Contacted, Won, and Dismissed.

Tip: You can also use the search box to find specific opportunities and the Reminders filter to only see opportunities that have follow-up reminders set up. Your filter selections persist within your session, so you don't need to reconfigure them each time you return to the Opportunities screen.
Step 2: Set an opportunity follow-up reminder in the Field Mobile App
After you find the opportunity you want to follow up on, tap it to open it.

On the opportunity that opens, tap the Date.

On the screen that opens:
Set the Date and Time you want to be reminded.
Turn on the Reminders toggle.
Select if you want to be reminded by Phone, Email, or both.
Tap Save when finished.

Note: You must have at least one phone or email contact method added to your profile in the office to create a follow-up reminder.
Depending on what you selected, you'll be reminded to follow up by phone, email, or both.
Note: If you want to turn off follow-up reminders, open the opportunity, tap the Notification
icon, turn off the Reminder toggle, then tap Save.
