Overview

The Schedule Engine Dashboard offers an easy-to-use analytics feature that allows you to see various data points from your customers’ bookings.

Note: This feature applies only to the legacy Schedule Engine. ServiceTitan customers are encouraged to transition to Scheduling Pro, an upgraded tool designed to replace Schedule Engine on your website and provide a seamless booking experience.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, Office Employees, Managers, Technicians, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Dispatchers

  • Applies to all business types

Run a report to view analytics

  1. Select Reporting from the side menu.

  2. On the Reports & Analytics screen that opens, make sure you are on the Analytics tab and then select the type of report you want to run: Appointments, Appointments By Trade, or Booking Flow.

  3. Depending on the type of report you run, select the following information from the dropdowns.

    1. Appointments

      1. Date Range: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Custom

      2. Timezone

      3. Metric: Affiliate, Booking Source, Campaign, Custom Fields 1-10, Lead Source, Marketing Source, UTM Campaign, UTM Content, UTM Medium, UTM Source, UTM Term

      4. Export Type: Summary, Detailed

        Tip: We recommend changing the Export Type in the dropdown Detailed to see the most detailed view of your booked appointments.

    2. Appointments By Trade

      1. Date Range: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Custom

      2. Timezone

      3. Trade: All, HVAC, Plumbing, Preventative Maintenance

    3. Booking Flow

      1. Date Range: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Custom

      2. Timezone

      3. Flow: No Flow

  4. When you finish customizing your report, select the Export Data button. The report downloads into Excel or a similar program.
