Overview
The Appointments page of the dashboard acts as a management hub for your jobs booked through Schedule Engine, allowing you to make updates, keep track of progress, view appointment history, and ensure that the right technician is assigned for the job.
Note: This feature applies only to the legacy Schedule Engine. ServiceTitan customers are encouraged to transition to Scheduling Pro, an upgraded tool designed to replace Schedule Engine on your website and provide a seamless booking experience.
Who uses this feature
Administrators, Office Employees, Managers, Technicians, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Dispatchers.
Applies to all business types.
Manage appointments
The following features are available upon login to the Scheduling Pro Dashboard and accessible through the Appointments page:
Edit appointment dates, times, and statuses
Click the Edit
at the top of the appointment pop-up.Edit the date and/or time of the appointment
You receive a warning if you attempt to update a past date, but you will not be prevented from performing the action.
Modify the appointment status, if needed. Statuses include:
Scheduled
Pending
Unknown
In Transit
On Site
Hold
Canceled
Completed
Click Update.

Edit assigned technician
Go to the Details tab of the selected appointment.
Assign or modify the assigned technician by searching the Technicians dropdown, which shows all the technicians currently set up on the Technician Management page.
After you select the technician, click Update.

View status update history on appointments
Go to the History tab of the selected appointment to view the history of the appointment, including changes to time, dates, and status.

Note: By default, going to Appointments will show the Active tab. The History tab will display appointments with Canceled or Completed statuses, therefore changing any appointments statuses to or from Canceled or Completed will move them to the History tab or vice versa.
