How can I restore prices if I accidentally changed them using Bulk Edit?

Problem

While trying to update a single item, all equipment prices were changed due to selecting all items during a bulk edit.

Solution

Export Pricebook from Next

Note: This workflow only applies if the change was made recently. The Next and Go accounts sync weekly on Fridays, so ensure you're restoring before the next sync.

1. Go to the navigation bar in Next and click Pricebook.

2. From the side menu, click Import/Export.

3. Click the Export tab.

4. Click the Export Type dropdown, select Pricebook (Settings, Materials and Part Link), and click Export. 
   This will export your Pricebook as it was before you updated and changed prices in Go.

5. Ensure the exported pricebook contains the correct information.

6. Go back to your Go account.

7. Import the verified Pricebook file from Next.

8. Refresh and confirm that prices have been restored.
