How to hide the Add Discounts and Fees button in the ServiceTitan Mobile?

Problem

Technicians can use the Add Discounts and Fees in the mobile app. This can lead to incorrect payroll amounts. You need to hide this button from technicians.

Solution

Hide the category

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

  2. From the side menu, click Categories.

  3. Find the category where you have discounts.

  4. Click Hide in Mobile field to add a checkmark and hide the category in ServiceTitan Mobile. Manage categories for services and equipment, highlighting discounts and site preparation options.
