Overview
The Incorrect Location Recurring Services Marked as First Visit Complete report lists location recurring services that have the First Visit Complete checkbox selected on memberships set up for deferred revenue. The report scans location recurring services tied to deferred revenue memberships and flags any where this checkbox is selected. Use it to find and correct these records so deferred revenue recognizes on schedule and your account passes the related TitanAdvisor checkpoint.

This report is shared by default with Admin, General Office, and Accounting roles. Reporting permissions still apply: an employee must have access to the report template and report category, plus sharing access, to open the report.
Things to know
This is a built-in report. You don't need to create it from a template. Search for it by name under Reports.

How to find this report
Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.
Search for Incorrect Location Recurring Services Marked as First Visit Complete, then click the report name.
Set any available filters, then click Run Report.

Note: A location recurring service appears on this report when its First Visit Complete checkbox is selected on a membership set up for deferred revenue. An empty result means no incorrectly flagged recurring services were found.
Tip: This report is most useful when reviewed on a regular schedule so first-visit-complete errors are caught before they affect revenue recognition. You can schedule this report by clicking More
next to the report name and then selecting Schedule. For more, see Schedule reports.
Report data fields
Customer ID: The unique ID of the customer.
Customer Name: The name of the customer associated with a record.
Membership ID: The unique ID of the membership.
Membership Type: The type of membership associated with a customer or service location.
Location Recurring Service ID: The unique ID of the recurring service at the location.
Recurring Service Name: The recurring service type that the recurring service event is created from.
First Visit Completed: Indicates whether the initial service visit was completed at the time the recurring service or membership was sold. When enabled, the system does not generate an additional first visit.

How to fix records on this report
When a membership uses deferred revenue, the First Visit Complete checkbox should not be selected on its location recurring services. Leaving it selected causes revenue recognition and related reporting to be incorrect. If a location recurring service appears on this report, deselect the First Visit Complete checkbox on that record:
Open the customer or location record for the flagged recurring service.
Go to the location's recurring service.
Deselect the First Visit Complete checkbox at the bottom of the screen.
Save your changes.
