How can I run a report to find duplicate customer or location records?

Solution

Create Duplicate Customer or Location Reports

1. Go to Reports .

2. Create a report using the Duplicate Customers or Duplicate Locations report template.
   

3. Run the report to generate the list of possible duplicates. 

4. Review the results and merge any duplicate records by following the steps in Merge and unmerge duplicate customer and location records.
