How can I create a report in ServiceTitan that shows all addresses that have not been verified?

Problem

You need to create a report showing all addresses that haven't been verified but are unsure how to do so.

Solution

Workflow Summary

Create a Customer Locations report and add the Validation Status column. Set a date range to view unverified addresses.

This report may not show all unvalidated addresses, as the report runs based off of job data. If no jobs have been created for a customer location, it won't appear in the report.

Create a Customer Locations report

1. Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.

2. On the All Reports screen that opens, click Create Report.

3. Follow the steps to create a custom report based on the Locations report template.

4. In the Columns to be displayed in the report section, add Validation Status.

5. Give the report a name, select a category to display the report in, and provide an optional description.

6. When you're finished, click Save.

7. Use the filters to narrow down your report results.

   Note: The Date filter corresponds to Job Dates, so make sure there is a column on your report that provides job related data.

8. When you're finished setting filters, click Run Report.
