Review mobile versions of pricebook items

Overview

You can view mobile versions of pricebook items from the office. This lets you ensure that your pricebook items display correctly for your technicians when they use ServiceTitan Mobile.

Things to know

• If you’re editing a pricebook item, save any changes before reviewing the mobile version.

• To review a mobile version of your entire pricebook, in the navigation bar click Pricebook, then click Mobile View.
  

• If your item has dynamic pricing or membership rules, mobile preview may show a different price than what appears on the mobile.

Hide or show categories

When your categories are ready and you want technicians to sell them, you can select them in ServiceTitan and technicians can see them in ServiceTitan Mobile.

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook .

2. In the side panel, click Categories.

3. Select a category.

4. In the Hide in Mobile column, click the box.

5. If you want to hide categories, deselect the box.

Review mobile versions

To review a mobile version of an item, find it in your pricebook:

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook .

2. In the side panel, click Services, Materials, or Equipment for the item you want to review. The item table opens.

3. Click View in Mobile.
   A new tab opens showing the item in Mobile review:

   1. Tap Invoices.

   2. In the Summary section, tap Add Items.

   3. Select ServiceTitan Pricebook Pro.

      Tips: Use the navigation links to browse the mobile version of your pricebook.

      You can see the categories added in ServiceTitan.
      

4. When you’re done, close the browser tab.
