Problem
A user is not receiving any calls since this morning. When the user's direct Dialpad number is called, it does not even ring. The user has received zero calls since the issue started.
Solution
Check if the user's embedded dialer is enabled. If there is a line through the embedded dialer phone, then this indicates the embedded dialer is disabled.
Enable the Embedded dialer for the user in ServiceTitan by clicking the wrench and turning on the slider buttons. This will enable the embedded dialer.
Call the user's direct Dialpad number to check if the issue is resolved.
Note: If the user is still not receiving calls, escalate the case to the support team.
If the user is having issues logging into the mobile app, follow these steps:
Have the user delete the app from their device.
Re-install the app.
When logging in, answer the series of questions that appear correctly to avoid access issues.
