Problem
You are not receiving incoming calls and are not even hearing the phone ring.
Solution
Check to see if you can receive calls to your direct number.
If you can, check to see if you are available in your contact center/department.
If you are not available, make yourself available and see if you get calls.
If you do not see the contact center/department you belong to, have an administrator add you back to the call center/department you belong to in Dialpad and see if you start receiving calls then.
