Problem
You are trying to add new phone numbers with specific zip codes and the system displays No records available.
Solution
Make sure to enter the zip code in the correct field and contact Technical Support to order new additional numbers if no numbers appear.
Ensure you are entering the zip code correctly
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.Click Phones > Phone Numbers.
Click Add New and select Local Number.
Enter the zip code in the Zip Code field.
Check for any extra spaces before or after the zip code. Remove them if found.
Confirm you are entering the zip code in the correct field, not the Area Code field.
Contact Technical Support
If no numbers appear, contact Technical Support to order additional numbers.
