When trying to add a tracking phone number with specific area codes, the system might display No Records Available.

Solution

Check the availability of the phone numbers in ServiceTitan and contact ServiceTitan Technical Support to order additional numbers.

Check if there are phone numbers for the area codes desired

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. Click Phones > Phone Numbers > Add New Number.

  3. Enter the area code you are looking for. If you see No Records Available, it means there are no numbers available right now.

Consider other area codes nearby

  1. Try entering a different, nearby area code.

  2. Check for availability.

Determine how many phone numbers you need

Decide on the number of tracking phone numbers you require for your campaign.

Note: See if you can remove any existing campaigns. This reduces the number of new phone numbers you need.

Check the status of the phone numbers you ordered with a specific area code

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Phones > Phone Numbers.

  2. Look for the list of numbers already added to your account.

  3. Click the Date Added column. This sorts the numbers by their addition date.

  4. Look for the most recently added numbers. These should be the numbers you ordered with your desired area code.
