Problem
Employees need to listen to call recordings without dashboard access. They need an alternative method.
Solution
Use the Search function to find and listen to calls in ServiceTitan.
Check employee permissions
Go to Settings > People > Employees.
Click Edit to modify the employee profile and check if the employee who needs to listen to call recordings has the Run Search permission.
Save the changes to their profile.
Use Search
Go to the navigation bar and click Search.
From the Search dropdown, select Call.
Filter by the Agent name to find calls handled by specific customer service representatives (CSRs).
Click Search.
