Overview
If your office is integrated with EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, or Hover, you can view existing measurement reports and order new aerial roof measurements directly from a job in the Field Mobile App. With measurements available at the job level, you can speed up your estimating and proposal workflow and reduce time-to-quote for roofing and exterior projects.

The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see System requirements and mobile app information.

Account configuration and at least one of the following office integrations are required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.
The Order Measurements permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
Your office must enable the required permission Order Measurements and configure EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, or Hover as a measurement provider before you can view or order measurements on mobile.
Only providers that are connected and authenticated in office settings appear on mobile. If no providers are connected, an empty state appears directing you to contact your office to configure a provider.
Measurement ordering requires an internet connection. You cannot place a new EagleView order while offline.
Only PDF reports can be viewed on mobile. Raw JSON and XML measurement files are not available.
Measurement orders are recorded in the job activity history, which is visible to office staff.
At this time, this feature is only available to customers in the United States and Canada.
Best practices
Before heading to a job site, confirm with your office that at least one measurement provider is connected in ServiceTitan Settings for the location you'll be visiting.
When ordering a measurement through EagleView or GAF QuickMeasure, use the map and parcel selection view to accurately place pins on the structure you need measured. This helps ensure the report covers the correct area.
Check the status of previously ordered measurements before placing a new order to avoid duplicate requests.
If a measurement order is unsuccessful, review the error message and try again if the option is available. Contact your office if the issue persists.
Use cases
A roofing salesperson arrives on site and needs aerial roof measurements for a proposal. Instead of calling the office, they open the job in the Field Mobile App, view existing PDF reports, and order a new report directly from the field.
A technician reviewing a property before creating an estimate needs to reference an existing report. They open the job's Measurements section and tap to view the PDF without leaving the Field Mobile App.
A field manager wants to check whether measurements have been ordered for an upcoming job. They open the Measurements section and see the status of each measurement: Processing, Ready, or Unsuccessful.
Order a new measurement in the Field Mobile App
Open your job and scroll to the Measurements section on the Job tab.
Tap Order Measurement.
Note: If you don't see the Order Measurement button, either you don’t have the Order Measurements permission or no measurement providers are configured for this location. If you tap Order Measurement and see an empty screen with no providers listed, no providers are connected for this location. Contact your office administrator to configure a measurement provider.

Select a provider: EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, or Hover.
Note: Only providers that your office has connected and authenticated in office settings are shown. Providers that are not configured are hidden.

Complete the required fields, depending on the provider you selected:
EagleView: Enter the Measurement Option, Delivery Window, Measurement Instruction Type, Promo Code (optional), Special Instruction (optional). On the map, place pins to identify the structure or parcels you need measured.

GAF QuickMeasure: Enter the GAF Measurement Option, Account, What structures would you like to include in your reports (optional), Instruction (optional). On the map, place pins to identify the structure or parcels you need measured.

Hover: Hover Project Name, Internal Assignee Email, Capturing User Name, Capturing User Email, Capturing User Phone Number (optional), Deliverable Type (optional).

When finished, tap Order Measurement to place the order.
A confirmation message appears, and the new measurement is added to your measurements list with a status of Processing.

When the measurement is complete, the status changes to Ready and you can view the PDF report.
View measurements for a job in the Field Mobile App
Open your job and scroll to the Measurements section on the Job tab.
Tap View All next to Measurements.

Review the list of measurements:
The status is shown at the top: Ready, Processing, or Failed.
Each file shows the measurement name, provider, date requested, and who requested it.
Note: Measurements are sorted by most recent request date.

Tap a measurement to view it in more detail. The detailed view of the PDF opens.
